CompTIA Cloud+ covers the increased diversity of knowledge, skills and abilities required of system administrators to validate what is necessary to perform effectively in data center jobs. CompTIA Cloud+ views cloud-based infrastructure services as an increasingly important piece of an organization’s IT systems. It is the only vendor-neutral, performance-based certification covering more than a specific vendor or a single function like security or networking to help you better realize the return on investment of cloud infrastructure services.

Global Information Technology, a CompTIA Authorized Partner, provides a comprehensive CompTIA Cloud+ training course that is a prerequisite to the certification.

CompTIA Cloud+ validates the knowledge and skills of networking professionals. It is a global, vendor-neutral certification that recognizes a technician’s ability to implement, maintain, and deliver cloud technologies including network storage, and virtualization technologies to create cloud solutions.

CompTIA’s Cloud+ is a vendor-neutral certification that validates technical competency in methodology required to securely implement and maintain cloud technologies. The Cloud+ certification validates the knowledge and best practices required of IT practitioners working in cloud computing environments, who must understand and deliver cloud infrastructure.

Our Cloud+ training course follows the CompTIA objectives, ensuring you receive the training and knowledge needed to succeed.

This course will prepare you to pass the exam CompTIA Cloud+ ( Exam code- CV0-002).

This course provides you with an excellent return on your training and certification investment. In this course, you will deploy, test, secure, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot a cloud solution. You will: – Prepare to deploy cloud solutions – Deploy a pilot project – Test a pilot project deployment – Design a secure network for cloud deployment – Determine CPU and memory sizing for cloud deployments – Determine storage requirements for cloud deployments – Plan Identity and Access Management for cloud deployments – Analyze workload characteristics to ensure successful migration to the cloud – Secure systems to meet access requirements – Maintain cloud systems – Implement backup, restore, and business continuity measures – Analyze cloud systems for required performance – Analyze cloud systems for anomalies and growth forecasting – Troubleshoot deployment, capacity, automation, and orchestration issues – Troubleshoot connectivity issues – Troubleshoot security issues.

  • Configuration and deployment workload requirements.
  • Proper cloud management skills.
  • Appropriate automation and orchestration techniques.
  • Implementing required levels of security.
  • Troubleshooting capacity, automation, connectivity and security.

CompTIA Cloud+ exam Real-world experience necessary?

Many of CompTIA’s certification exams tend to be introductory. Cloud+ is different. It is recommended that you have two to three years of experience working in system administration before you take the exam.

CompTIA Cloud+ exam Know the basics of AWS, Google Cloud and Azure?

While CompTIA Cloud+ has dedicated itself to being vender neutral, certification candidates would benefit from a basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GPC) and Microsoft Azure. Fortunately, there are free (or almost free) resources available.

  • Amazon Web Services: At AWS is a 12-month trial
  • Google Cloud Platform: At GPC is a 12-month trial that includes $300 of usage credits.
  • Microsoft Azure: Not entirely free but valuable just the same. Azure has some great stuff to offer.

What is CompTIA Cloud+ exam duration and format?

Test format: 90 performance-based and multiple-choice questions
